“Kia’s first ever ute deserves a name as tough as the demanding Australian terrain it’s being tested on.
There was only one way to settle on something iconic.
We picked a familiar Aussie location & called upon 20 sporting legends.
So, who deserves to have their name on the back?”
A series of timelapse sequences were captured on set to showcase the complexities and scale of the production, staff & talent.
Sequences were shot on Sony cameras, processed in Lightroom & LRTimelapse, compiled in After Effects to 4K UltraHD footage & finally; synchronised, sound designed & colour corrected in Adobe Premier Pro.
A suite of 670 still images were captured over 3 days, serving as marketing material for Kia as well as behind the scenes insights for both Innocean and Scoundrel to leverage in future production pitches. A selection of our favourite stills can be found in the gallery below.
